Sales Administrative Assistant Opportunity of
a Lifetime in Florida

LIFEAID Beverage Company is seeking a vibrant, intelligent, and engaging
individual for a part time position as a Sales Administrative Assistant.
The position requires a self- motivated, organized,
energetic, and creative person.

Principal Duties
and Responsibilities:
·
Manage and complete
new item, promotional and account paperwork.
·
Communicating with
brokers, accounts and distributors via phone and email.
·
Maintaining sales
documents and updating budgets and databases.
·
Coordinating with
vendors to track orders, ensure prompt shipment of samples, and confirm
delivery dates.
·
Scheduling meetings
with customers and brokers.
·
Assisting or
reviewing proposals and presentations to potential clients.
·
Organizing accounts,
contracts and paperwork.
·
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
·
Ability to work independently as
well as part of a team.
·
Organization is an important
skill for this position. You will be responsible for keeping track of sales
leads, customer information and other data.

Professional demeanor and communication
in working with coworkers, distributors, retail reps and consumers. Professional, polite, and personable manner
with communication over the phone, in person and through email. You will be
required to communicate with other departments or employees to relay messages
or information.

Must be software savvy and able
to use basic features in Excel, Google Drive and Power Point.
·
Part time position to start,
under 30 hours.
·
This a remote
position working with the Director of Nationals Accounts and the sales team.
·
Starting rate of $20-$24 per
hour DOE plus vacation and 401k.
·
Attention to detail is required
for this position. You will be required to manage multiple
applications/platforms over a multitude of channels and customers.
·
Experience in customer service
and CPG preferred.
·
Education: Should
have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED and preferably a associates or bachelor’s
degree in business, marketing or a related field.
