CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCCESS OPPORTUNITY OF A LIFETIME

Responsibilities will include:
. nurturing customer relationships via email, phone and live chat
. sending marketing mailings
. account verification
. various other customer success duties
Job requirements:
· Must have a positive attitude and a friendly personality
. Must be an energy charger not an energy drainer
· Must be a team player and enjoy an open office environment
· Must be organized and excellent at multi-tasking
· Strong communication skills
· Solutions oriented not problem focused
· Must be a quick learner, reliable, and trustworthy
. Must be fun to be around and work well with others
Qualifications
. Previous customer facing experience is a plus but not required
. High school diploma (minimum)
. Bilingual is a plus but not required
Compensation
- $19-$22 hour DOE
